Join us on Saturday 26th October 2024 for Kundalini Yoga, a class which involves chanting (with no pressure to chant, but to enjoy the beautiful energy created), yoga poses and deep relaxation, to help you connect to your divine energy and to live a life full of joy, love and kindness. This will be £10 for an hour and a half, 2pm til 3.30pm. Find our studio on the 1st floor.
