Join us on Saturday 1st August at 2pm for a 2 hr Chakra Workshop. Yoga, meditation and soundbath all based around discovering and working with the energy of your chakras. This will be £25 for 2 hours, 2pm til 4 pm. Find our studio on the 1st floor.
