Service Description
CLASS TIMES: 9:30am on Friday mornings. Please bring your own floor mats. Changing and toilet facilities are available if required. Pilates class sizes are kept to a maximum of 8 people.This allows the instructor to give each individual effective attention and support when performing the exercises. OUR ADDRESS: Atherstone Active Therapy Clinic, 45A Station Street, Atherstone, Warwickshire CV9 1DB. Wear appropriate, comfortable clothing that you can easily move in and remove loose jewellery. If you feel unwell at any time during the class please stop immediately and alert the instructor Please don’t attend if you are feeling unwell, have any Covid symptoms or have been ordered to self-isolate. Bring a minimum of belongings with you (anything you bring is at your own risk)Have your own water bottle to hand and take small sips when required Bring a small towel/cushion with you. Please arrive at least 5 mins before so that we are ready to go on time. If you are late you can’t be admitted due to the warm-up being a crucial part of the class and it is disruptive to others. CANCELLATION POLICY: For classes cancelled up to 24 hours before the class start time a refund or credit for a future class can be issued. For classes cancelled less than 24 hours of the class start time, no refund or credit can be issued.
